2. Family Groupings + Wedding Party
For the majority of the wedding day, we like to let things unfold naturally, but the formal family portraits are the one exception to that rule. We still feel that these are very important and so we make sure to plan ahead to ensure that things run smoothly.
We ask that you think about 1) who you want to be in your family portraits and 2) all of the different groupings that you'd like to have. It's best if you can include names and family relation. We also suggest that you think of a certain someone (family or friend) who could be assigned as a 'special assistant' to help us coordinate and call out the different groupings. As much as we try, we simply can't memorize all the different names and faces and so it's a big help to have someone a little more familiar with the group. We all have that bossy family member right?
Once you're ready, use the form below to enter in all of your groupings and hit submit, we'll then print out copies to bring along to your big day and family portraits will be a breeze!
Lastly, please fill out the details of your wedding party so we know everyone that we're hanging out with for the day :)
3. Vendor Information
We like to know who we're working with just in-case we need to be in touch prior to the wedding. Also, knowing who the other vendors are allows us to give back by giving full credits to everyone when posting the final images.
