Our Approach | Weddings + Couples Sessions
A blend of romance, optimism and playfulness - we are cinematic storytellers documenting the beauty in life’s most precious moments. Working as two primary photographers, we are able to tell your story with a unique perspective, uncovering the in-between moments that help define your love. Your day will largely be captured candidly, but we will direct when guidance is needed for select moments throughout the day (portraits, family photos - we’re talking about you!)
Our editing is 100% completed in-house (we don’t trust anyone else with the intricacies of our work) and we like to avoid trendy filters/presets, preferring to hand craft all of our images for a timeless look. With a love for rich, natural colours, we apply subtle warm understones, leaving a romantic touch. We are always concious to keep things ‘true to the moment’, meaning we want our work and your photos to be truly timeless.
The Big Day + How to Prepare
Leading up to your wedding, we’re more than happy to help in the planning process (seriously just ask - after 200+ weddings together, we have way too much wedding knowledge!) Closer to your date, we will be in touch again where we will go over a draft photo timeline and ensure all the details are set. Once your wedding day arrives, just relax, be present and enjoy the ride (we’ll take care of the rest).
Post Wedding + Print Shop
After your wedding we get to work on your photos first thing (we are just as excited about these as you are! Well almost...). As our promise, you will receive a sneak peek within a week of your wedding and your final photo collection/films within 8-10 weeks after your wedding day.
Once you receive your photos you can choose to order prints and/or an album from your own personal online gallery. In just a few clicks they will be delivered to your front door. Simple and convenient.
Already ordered an album/prints? Go ahead and make a favourites list so we can start designing and ordering your goods. We have teamed up with a professional printing vendors, so we can guarantee the highest professional-grade printing services and a better value for our clients. After all, those precious moments deserve nothing less.
