Kate + Peter | The Post Hotel, Lake Louise Wedding | Intimate Mountain Wedding Photographers

All 4 seasons in 1 day? Why not?! Kate + Peter not only planned their wedding day in the midst of the pandemic, but they also made the most of some unpredictable weather… and somehow made it all look easy. But that’s how Kate + Peter roll. They absolutely light up when they’re around each other and bring a palpable joy to the room. They are both so kind, thoughtful, dertermined and compliment one another in all the best ways. Their perseverance paid off with a beautiful and intimate day with their closests friends + family at The Post Hotel in Lake Louise Village. It was the perfect example of how love can continue and give some much needed clarity in a muddled world.

The morning rain backed off just in time for Kate’s father to officiate a heartfelt ceremony, along the banks of the Pipestone River - it was such a stunning setting. Then the crew drove north to Bow Lake for some family photos + portraits, before heading back to The Watson House for their Reception Dinner. It was our first time here… and damn. If you’re looking for your own private mountain lodge that still has amazing access to food + services, this is it! We also love when our couples introduce or follow unique traditions and cutting the wedding cake with a former Navy Admiral’s sword that has been passed down through the Davidge family was definitely a highlight!

Congrats again you two, we feel so lucky to have connected with you both and to have captured your journey from engagement to marriage. And a big thanks to all of the vendors who made this day possible:
